Hi, New to this site but not to Vdubs. I won second place(68 up) about 8 yrs ago at woodburn for my 69 bug. Sold it to a guy in portland and kinda wondering if it's still around. It was dark burgandy with 49 ford taillights, shaved engine cover. empi wheels, 1776 w/duel webs, slammed way down low. Loved that car. My new project is a 73 square. engine is done but not in(2074 with motronic FI). Is there any bend area groups. Kinda like to meet other VW people to BS with.

Not sure about groups in Bend but I bet I can find out. One of our members moved to Bend, so I'll see what I can come up with for ya.
