So last night got the motor bolted in. Still need to hook up all the wires and run wires for a regulator. Hoping to get that done today.

So I got it all wired up And running good. After some debating I decided to pull the motor back out and plan on actually putting it in the black bug. This 1641 sp seems to have a lot of pep. Even more than my dp with dual carbs currently in the black bug. I will run a stock carb for a little until I find sp intakes for my carbs. Due to the lack of time and not wanting to put much more money into the 66 I plan on selling it with out the motor. Hoping to break even or possible trade for something cool lol . Once I get it finished with paint or atleast primer an get the front apron on it shall be up for sale or trade.

Final update on the 66 I will be giving it to my grandpa. He has been itching for a bug and he bought my super for me when I was 15 for 700 bucks. I have about 1000 into this car and it will be my way of paying him back. He lives in long beach and odds are he will turn it into a Baja to go tear the beach up with it.
