This is what the ruts in our lovely P-town area roads will do to an adjustable beam:

For those not familiar with an adjustable beam, that is the Adjuster bolt that should be vertical, which as you can see has been partially sheared off and hammered into a 45 degree angle.  ???

Oooh lowered car and Potholes.  :o Well when u run the beam at the bottom and drive like a maniac I guess that's what happens!  >:(  :(  ::) I think you should send it back to the maker and say, you know! no matter how hard I try I can't get the bolt to tighten  ;)
No really...I do it for a living.

  • Time to make the doughnuts....
I was wondering what was wrong with it.....then I scrolled down and read the description.

That must have felt good as it happened.

I smashed the control arm mount into the ground the other day and can only imagine how yours felt.
The worst performance mod is whatever you're limited to because you convinced yourself (or others) that anything bigger or faster was too extreme for a street car.

Get yourself some airshocks from napa  ;D
I've never really been into air shocks, but I think a skid plate would be lovely ;)

That makes sense Thanney, but mine is still good for now. I was able to use a fender washer for leverage and get it straightened out and tightened up. Should work for now, but I do need to fab something up soon.
