Next meeting

Just a question, how about having a BBQ for our next meeting? Make it a potluck thing

Someones front or backyard, or a park close to everyone that allows BBQ

This isn't very far from where we normally meet. There are picnic tables and restrooms at this location.

However, It might be better to plan for the meeting after the next one so we can make an announcement at the meeting as some members might not catch the planned idea on here. Would be best to do it at a meeting to plan for the following meeting.

Why not just a get together for fun prior to the next meeting or after? Pick a park pick a time and everyone bring something... Maybe the weekend after next (not the 4th)  Saturday or Sunday. Yes we may miss some people who do not visit the site but then not everyone make's it to meeting either. Case in point, I have miss a few this year and am not sure I will make the next one. I am always up for a BBQ myself!

I agree not to move the next meeting as you will miss some members and really mess with them if they show up and the club is not there :o
