anybody got any info on them?

getting frustrated with my 1200 and might just say hell with it convert it to 1600

because bout everything else to complete the 1600 if i get just a running longblock

or unless any of y'all have a decent price 1600 engine
now that my bell housing is shaved for freakin 1600 engine.. *grumble gumble*

Doesnt seem like too bad of a price. If you currently have a 1200cc motor though, keep in mind you will need a new dual port manifold and probably a bigger carb then your current one. You will also need some new engine tin as well. Looks to be a longblock price so you will need existing parts from your motor to swap over.

oh I know about all the external stuff
I already have a bunch of it
left over from my 74 I used to have, and when bought this 65 the owner had a 1500 engine
which turned out to destroyed

I see that ad all the time on Craigslist.  I know nothing about them though.  Seems like a decent price for a fresh engine.
