That house has been open for two year... We improved the value as they saw life in the neighborhood  8)

Why would I buy new quality parts even if I had to save for them? I mean, I can buy used poop for half the price with no Warranty, or better yet I could re engineer it myself and hack it on there and then cry when it doesn't work.
