Keith Lampard here, and I am one of the people putting this event on. It is our second annual and if it is even close to being as successful as last springs you won't want to miss it. We do have onsite camping available with elec. hookup and restrooms w/showers. Last year we had over 40 swappers lots of parts vendors, portable dyno that was used all day and just a heck of a good time. Our website is being setup to update it for this years event so please check it out. Again this will be an affordable show, and we can reserve parking for groups and clubs. Last year we had over 300 cars shown and over 1000 attendance at the gate.We look forward to seeing your club attend and look forward to a great 2010 VW season...

Quick note;  Our website for this show is now complete and updated for the 2010 show. Give it a visit if you want to pre-register for swap space, camping or if you want to have us set an area aside for club parking. Thanks Keith   www.capitalcityspringfling.com

Happy to see that some of our Oregon dubbers plan on making it to our show.... Heads up, we put on the website and flyers that the show is 10am - 4 pm which is correct but, we are asking that you show up between 8am and 10 am to get parked and set up for the show. If you know how many peeps are going to be cruising together and would like to be in the same area at the show please get on our website and register for group parking with the car count and we will reserve an aea for those cars. Look forward to a great show and plenty of socializing with the greatest people around.... Vdubbers....  Keith Lampard show coordinator.... Here is the link to register a group  http://thedubshop.net/fling/temp/group/group.php

Well we have been really sweating this winter storm we have had the past week and the weather forecast is calling for a pretty nice weekend. 0% chance of rain for Friday night camping and partly cloudy and the high for the noon hour is said to be 57..... which will probably be more like 60...... this is a welcome forecast..... Hope to see some of you peeps up here. Happy motoring... Keith
